The USER AGREEMENT

This user Agreement is made by and between the subscriber of this Tyoharwale website and web portal having registered office.

User shall verify the quality and fitness of the goods before consumption and will take up all the issued associated with the same with concern vendor.
• Restricted access

Whenever Tyoharwale will provide a payment gateway, it will be proper and secure to the best of efforts of Tyoharwale. These payments do not cost you anything to use (Tyoharwale is charged as the seller, you are not charged as the buyer) so you will not pay any extra for your order. RETURN POLICY

If the payment was made (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking), the amount is refunded in the same account from which the payment was made. Delivery

Delivery will be provided by agencies engaged by Tyoharwale. Details of tracking will be provided as per agreement with the delivery company.

No warranties

Tyoharwale does not stand as guarantor for quality and fitness of the goods sold by the vendors. Customer is advised to inspect goods purchased via portal and get satisfied about its fitness for consumption.
Tyoharwale will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this Tyoharwale web portal :
We do not undertake any direct loss, any indirect, special or consequential loss or any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information. Reasonableness

Law and jurisdiction
