Tyoharwale Return and Refund Policy
At Tyoharwale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. Our return and refund policy is designed to be simple and hassle-free, just like your shopping experience.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or replacement. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all accessories and packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Certain products like personalized items, opened packages of consumables, or items marked as non-returnable during purchase cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Initiate a return: Log in to your Tyoharwale account, find the order in your purchase history, and select “Return” to start the process.
- Return shipping: A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your return. Alternatively, you can drop off the item at any designated drop-off point.
- Inspection and processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, your refund or replacement will be processed. A small return fee will be charged to the customer.
Refunds
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Processing time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs: If the return is due to a Tyoharwale error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
